These were just some of the comments from senior executives from leading international insurer, Amlin, at the Taffinder Consulting two-day masterclass on leading and managing change in September.
The session was designed to increase the understanding of the psychological underpinnings of organisational change, of how to lead and manage the change process, and of how to apply approaches and techniques to real organisational challenges.
Using a variety of learning principles, including personal stories and challenging assumptions and blind spots, facilitated sessions were intertwined with Ososim’s I-Merger simulation on managing change.
