Using simulations and other technology-based tools, we work with organisations to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Our simulations can be used for high potential graduates right through to senior leaders.

We customise our solutions to meet specific client needs, achieving key business objectives such as changing behaviours and mindsets, increasing sales or maximising recruitment success.

In addition to developing custom products, our off-the-shelf simulations cover four key areas:

Delivered virtually or face-to-face, the simulations provide a rich setting for learning about collaboration, working in and managing virtual teams and decision-making under pressure. Simulations create a safe space to experiment with different scenarios and see problems from multiple perspectives. Real life projects can be integrated into learning to embed long-term behavioural change. At the end of each simulation, in-depth reports compare the performance of the group against others, to provide actionable feedback.

Our simulations are robust, easy-to-use and simple to run. We can facilitate them ourselves or provide online facilitator training and extensive facilitator guides to enable others to use the simulations.

The Clean Sweep simulation is a competitive business acumen simulation, designed to improve knowledge of financial value creation and market drivers. Participants experience the impact of management decisions on financial statements and the effect of competitive market dynamics on the short and long-term results of an organisation.

Strategic Sales Simulation – Introduction

Set in a B2B context, in this simulation participants must sell a solution to a big corporate client. In order to succeed, they must identify and prioritise decision makers, creating relationships with partner organisations and present their ideas to a team. They must make sure their proposed solution is supported internally to deliver a value-creating sale for a long-term client relationship.
