Development team expansion
Ososim are delighted to welcome two new technicians to our software development team.

Tim Orton (left), Software Developer, graduated from Hull University with a Masters Degree in Games Programming. This was the perfect background for our business simulations which bring together gaming technology, artificial intelligence, neuroscience, learning design, organisational behaviour and corporate learning. Before joining Ososim, Tim worked for a number of years as an IT programmer and a teacher of computer science.
“Working with Ososim allows me to combine my interest in computer gaming as well as education.”
Tim said: “Ososim’s simulations deliver engaging learning experiences that are fun and competitive too. I am looking forward to developing new bespoke simulations as well as supporting our off-the-shelf products to ensure Ososim continues to offer world-class business simulations that enable individuals, teams and companies to perform at their best.”
Nikita Jamrovskis (right) has also joined Ososim on an IT apprenticeship. Nikita said: “After finishing three years of studies I was looking for an IT apprenticeship to gain industry knowledge and advance my skills. I am really enjoying learning so many new things. I have already worked on testing the simulations and well as learning how to build new, bespoke simulations for our international clients.”
