I have just finished a week with more than 40 senior HR executives, alongside Ososim’s inspirational adviser and investor, Lynda Gratton, on her HRS programme at London Business School.
I have been working with Lynda on this programme for about eight years and it is fascinating to see how HR professionals from all over the world are changing. From recent programmes, I sense that HR executives are increasingly keen to experiment, try new technologies, and think creatively. They seemed less dependent on structure and adapted well to a great exercise which simulated virtual teams, and mastered collaborative technologies.
They are finally demonstrating the qualities that companies need and which will help HR become the really valued function that it should be!
