Lynda Gratton named as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices UK for 2018

Lynda Gratton, a member of the Ososim advisory board, has been selected as one of the top UK voices on LinkedIn over the last 12 months.

As a Professor of Management Practice in Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, Lynda specialises in people and organisations. The author of nine books, including the best-seller, The 100-Year Life – Living and Working in an Age or Longevity, Lynda writes about the key issues facing companies today – from talent management to technological transformation and innovative thinking to intangible assets. Lynda is passionate about creating and sharing insight to assist global organisations in adapting to the future of work.

Lynda is also the founder of the Hot Spots Movement and the Future of Work Research Consortium. She is considered one of the world’s authorities on people in organisations and actively advises companies across the world. Over the last decade, she has been profiled in numerous magazines.
